I have found that along with the inspirational and difficult, the comical scenarios in our birth story can also be significant. The aspect of humor being a part of someone’s experience is real and worth sharing.

“I definitely enjoyed the laugh out loud moments, but also the raw beauty of each person’s unique birth story. While I’m voracious when it comes to fiction, It always takes me forever to get through nonfiction. (Several unfinished non-fiction books still sit on my kindle after months or ahem, ..years.). Not this time! Micah had me turning the pages at a rapid pace and finishing in a non-fiction time-record for me. I feel like this book is is an incredible resource for expectant moms, but also possibly a source of healing for moms who didn’t get the birth experience they dreamed of. It’s lighthearted and fun, while still being real, informative, and impactful. Definitely recommended!”
